Insurance Updates at Luke’s House

Luke’s House is committed to expanding access to care for our community. We are pleased to share the following insurance and payment updates:

  • Now Accepting Aetna
    Luke’s House is currently in-network with Aetna, and we welcome members covered under Aetna plans.

  • Self-Pay Options Available
    Luke’s House accepts private pay and offers transparent self-pay options for individuals who prefer or require this method of payment.

  • Sliding Scale Fee Available

    Sliding scale fees are available for eligible members based on income and household size, helping ensure services remain accessible to those in need.

  • Expanding Commercial Insurance Options
    We are actively working to join additional commercial insurance networks to better serve our members. Updates will be shared as new plans are added.

  • AHCCCS Enrollment in Progress
    Luke’s House is in the process of becoming an AHCCCS provider, with the goal of expanding access to care for individuals and families covered under Arizona’s Medicaid program.
