Insurance Updates at Luke’s House

Luke’s House is committed to expanding access to care for our community. We are pleased to share the following insurance and payment updates:

Effective May 1, 2026, Luke’s House for Behavioral Health is now an AHCCCS provider. We are currently applying for additional AHCCCS health plans. At this time, we accept American Indian Health Program (AIHP) and Tribal Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS).

Now Accepting Medicare & Humana / Choice Care Network

Commercial Insurance Options

  • Aetna

  • United Health Care / United Behavioral Health

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona

  • Cigna / Evernorth Behavioral Health

Self-Pay Options Available
Luke’s House accepts private pay and offers transparent self-pay options for individuals who prefer or require this method of payment.

Sliding Scale Fee Available

  • Sliding scale fees are available for eligible members based on income and household size, helping ensure services remain accessible to those in need.

We encourage clients to contact our office for the most up-to-date insurance and payment information or with any questions regarding coverage.
